By accessing or using Rooted (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

All content and practices are intended for informational and educational purposes to support personal growth and self-awareness.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Appropriate Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service

You retain all rights to content you create (journal entries, reflections, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your personal content for any other purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit our content (practices, exercises, courses, etc.) without our prior written permission.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
